Your purchase will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class - Signed For (roughly that will be around £4 for packages under 2kg and £10 for over 2kg). If the parcel is small (under 1kg) it will be sent out 1st Class at no extra charge. Please bear in mind that Boo Vake is a one-person business and parcels will be sent out as soon as possible, which may mean the next working day.
At the moment we are only shipping within the UK - for shipping further afield please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
A click & collect option is available at check out for local customers.
FOR DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
If the goods you receive have been damaged in transit or are faulty, please contact us by telephone or email within seven days of receipt. We will then advise on how to go forward. Please have your order number to hand and keep the packaging as you may be asked to return it. Please do not return anything before contacting us first.
FOR OTHER RETURNS
Please contact us by phone or email before returning anything for any other reason. All requests for returns must reach us within 7 working days from the day you receive your order. Once agreed, return goods must reach us within a further 14 days. All items must be in saleable condition with the original tags still attached and/or in the original packaging. Returns are at the sender's expense.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of earrings, unless the goods are faulty or damaged in transit, so please make sure you are familiar with size etc before purchasing.
RETURN OF GOODS / REPLACEMENT / REFUNDS
Please pack any returns with care ensuring the parcel is secure. Send the goods back to us by Royal Mail (recorded delivery). Returns will be looked at on receipt: if the fault lies with us we will replace the item (if possible) or refund the cost, including postage in both directions.
Refunds will be made by the original method of payment.
